Returns
We strive to keep our business as eco-friendly as possible. This includes the fabrics we use, the inks we work with, and our printing methods. It also means we keep very little inventory and that your Stevie Howell piece will most likely be handmade for you. We do not accept returns on custom-printed items such as fabric by the yard, wallpaper or pillows.
We accept returns that are made within four weeks since the order was shipped out. The returned item must be undamaged and in its original condition. Be sure to always obtain the postage receipt before you send us the return, in case of damage or loss. Any goods damaged during transport on their way back will be considered your responsibility and will be sent back without a refund.
